With and Without Feet 1984.

This hard to find dispenser was made for the 1984 Olympic games in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia. Lots of variations exist such as : hat, no hat, Bobsled helmet, red nose, gray nose, light gray, dark gray, brown and black head colors. Gray nose and black head versions are the hardest to find.
