A unique, interesting and hard to find dispenser. Consul Haas was the president of the Lions Club, Austria. He commissioned the dispenser for the purpose of handling them out to members whoo attended the 1962 International in Nice, France. After the convention, the few pieces of remaining stock had the inscribed stem removed and replaced with a generic PEZ stem. It was sold in the Circus assortment.
